Privacy Policy

Gaffer is made by Chuk's Hut, LLC. This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: it collects nothing about you, and nothing leaves your phone except the requests needed to manage your own Fantasy Premier League teams.

What we collect

Nothing. Gaffer has no account system, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier, and no third-party SDKs. We do not operate a server, so there is nowhere for your data to be sent even in principle.

What stays on your device

When you sign in to a Fantasy Premier League account, Gaffer stores:

• The session that FPL returns (cookies and tokens) — in the iOS Keychain, the system's encrypted credential store.
• Your team list and preferences — team nicknames, watchlist, transfer plans, and whether the app lock is on — in local app storage.
• A copy of your last-loaded squad — so the app can show your team immediately when it opens, including offline.

All of it is removed when you delete the app, and per-account material is removed when you remove that account inside the app.

Gaffer never sees your password. Signing in happens on the Premier League's own web page, displayed inside the app. The app receives only the session that page hands back.

What is sent, and where

Gaffer talks to two hosts, both operated by the Premier League:

• fantasy.premierleague.com — your squad, transfers, leagues and player data
• account.premierleague.com — signing in and keeping your session alive

These requests carry your FPL session, because that is how the service identifies your team. They are the same requests the official site makes. Nothing is sent anywhere else, and no data is shared with us or with any third party.

Notifications

Deadline reminders and player alerts are generated on your device by the app itself. They are not push notifications; nothing about your teams is transmitted in order to produce them.

Children

Gaffer is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone, children included.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the updated policy appears on this page.
